Let’s declare open season on lawyers, say from June to September, they need culling!
As an Australian observer looking at the sheer stupidity that even makes it INTO US courts, I offer a solution to most of these really stupid lawsuits; make the “no win, no pay” clause these parasites they call lawyers use highly illegal. Do that and 90% of people will think twice before suing their neighbour because their dog crapped on their lawn.

First of all Judge Pearson sued a small business owner over pants for $65 Million. The Problem is Judge Pearson never earned his money the honest way like the Jackson Family did. second of all The late Michael Jacksons Concert suit is worth $65 Million and Janet Jacksons “Malfunction clothes” is $65 Million. Pearsons pants however is only worth $10.

You, in my opinion are defining the left in this country. A belief that individuals can’t make judgements so the state should make the decisions for them. One small example is the fact that I can’t roll down my back window in my car because I’m not responsible enough to keep my kid from climbing out the window…
